Who am I

I have separated the Canapé into two menus

• Mix and match selection

• Suggested canapé menus

They may be used in alternative ways, either to accompany your a la carte or function party or as a stand alone event.

Canapés are an excellent and informal way of beginning any occasion, allowing your guests to meet one another over a glass of wine and a bite to eat before being called to the table for the main event.

Alternatively, they work equally well for a more casual party, allowing your guests to mingle freely.  Should networking be the order of the day, canapés are a splendid way of relaxing the atmosphere. Great fun and highly social.
