Cajun chicken kebabs with tomato salsa

Mini quiches of smoked haddock and leek

Croutes topped with chicken liver pate

Chilli flavoured bloody Mary tomatoes (V)

Croustades filled with smoked mackerel pate

Prawn and mushroom quiches flavoured with thyme

Minced lamb kebab flavoured with fresh coriander and chillies

Individual Cornish pasties

Chinese pork tenderloin with soy sauce dip

Chicken tikka with coriander and lime dip

Croutes with fresh prawns and basil mayonnaise

Croustades filled with a tiny diced spiced ratatouille (V)

Cheese straws (V)

Roasted pepper and tomato pizza squares (V)

Goujons of plaice with a tartare sauce dip

Creviche of monkfish wrapped in smoked salmon

Quail’s Eggs with celery salt (V)

Individual Yorkshire puddings filled with medallions of fillet steak

Tiny Thai fish cakes with a cucumber dip

Croutes topped with a chive cream cheese and a cornet of chorizo

Sesame seed prawn toasts with a sweet chilli dip

Croutes topped with roasted goats cheese and red pepper (V)

Water chestnuts wrapped in bacon

A kebab of crevette, cucumber and cherry tomato with a Thai dip

Cubes of Fillet steak with a béarnaise dip

Chinese Quail’s scotch eggs

Roulade of Smoked and fresh salmon, dill mayonnaise and a  wholemeal croute

Cheese parcels with a home-made apple and thyme jelly (V)
